The Staudinger Company Group is an owner-run group of companies with headquarters in Bad Kötzting. The core competence of the company group lies in the development and management of commercial and residential property, and in the areas of renewable energy, agriculture & forestry as well as tourism.
We use innovative approaches to shape our future in a positive way. Sustainability is more than just a buzzword for us when doing this. The Staudinger Company Group is a fourth generation enterprise. We think and operate over the long term – across generations.

The Staudinger Company Group owns property all over Germany. We develop, rent and manage commercial and residential properties in locations with an excellent infrastructure.
For years, we have been providing functional rental areas from offices to large buildings for our customers, who range from non-industrial small businesses to medium-sized service providers and large technology companies.

Agriculture and Forestry
Lübbinchener Milch- und Mast GbR is a modern dairy business with over 2,000 milking cows and 1,500 young animals and calves. State-of-the-art stables and a new milking carousel provide optimum “cow comfort”. The milk is certified in accordance with “QM Milk”, “Without Genetic Engineering” and a large proportion of the milk is produced kosher.
Our goal is to harmonise modern farming and ecological sustainability. This is why we continuously work on innovative concepts for implementing an energy efficient and resource-conserving recycling system.

Renewable energy sources
Sustainability is more than an issue as far as we are concerned – it is our duty. We invest in renewable energy sources and place value on having a positive influence on the future of our society in all business areas of the Staudinger Company Group.
As well as having photovoltaic systems in all 3 locations and a biogas system in our dairy business, we are planning to erect a wind farm in Brandenburg.
